The Surgical - Heart Failure : ICU step down specializes in heart failure management requiring LVAD, heart transplantation, and medical management of heart failure conditions. Staff provides ventilator support, invasive monitoring, inotrope / vasopressor titration, and advanced renal replacement therapies.

Our high acuity patient volume allows for low nurse-patient ratios promoting safety and satisfaction of patients, families, and staff.

Our interdisciplinary team provides patients with the very latest evidence-based practice and most advanced technology.
