Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides direct care to residents on the Vent Unit, following individualized care plans under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager / Nursing Supervisor and Physician. The role requires specialized judgment in caring for ventilator-dependent residents, coordinating their care, and supervising CNAs and Ward Clerks in day-to-day activities.
