Job Summary :

RK Auto is seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team at our Virginia Beach location. As a used car Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on a variety of pre-owned vehicles. This is a Full Time - base plus commission role in the Auto industry with the opportunity for growth and development.

Compensation & Benefits :

The compensation for this position is $18 to $30 per hour, paid weekly. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic testing and repair on a variety of pre-owned vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
• Use electronic tools and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicle issues
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Keep accurate records of all services performed
• Meet or exceed performance and productivity targets set by the management team
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle repairs and service recommendations in a friendly and professional manner
