Project Coordinator Intern

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Engineering Services (SEL - ES) seeks a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern in Plymouth, MI. As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following :

  • Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, prepare presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.
  • Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.
  • Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.
  • Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
  • Providing support for large projects

    Pay Range Data ($16.80 - $19.00 per hour)
