Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Echo Technologist to join a respected healthcare facility in Peoria, IL.

Details :

• 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• 5x8 hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Perform echocardiograms with proper patient positioning, breathing techniques, and transducer placement to ensure optimal visualization of cardiac structures

Recognize and distinguish normal vs. abnormal cardiac findings and identify imaging artifacts

Communicate effectively with patients and team members, providing safe and high-quality care

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of applicable echocardiography experience Required

ARDMS certification Required

CCI certification in Echocardiography Required

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Required
