NOW Hiring!!!! CS Mgt. Services, LLC, is a new company in the Newport News area offering residential care for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Candidates must be hardworking, dedicated, and committed individuals with a passion for working with people and the desire to make a difference. We are willing to train the right people.

In addition, we are looking for Direct Support Professionals who specialize in the care of nonverbal clients. We are looking for staff who are caring, respectful, and eager to make it a better world for those who need a little extra help with their daily living activities. Job Duties :

Assistance and support for the client includes, but will not be limited to the following areas : everyday living skills, meal preparation, money management, academics, social skills, fine / gross motor skills, leisure time, and community integration.

Applicants must have at minimum a high school diploma, a valid VA driver's license, and a good driving record. Experience working with individuals who are intellectually disabled is preferred. All staff will be required to take the following training : CPR / First Aid, Documentation, Behavior Management (Therapeutic Options), Medication Administration, and DSP Orientation Training. Applicant must have an acceptable Criminal Background and Central Registry Check. Full-time and part-time positions are available. We look forward to hearing from you.
