Director, US Federal Business Development
Monster Government Solutions seeks a Director of US Federal Sales, to lead a high-performing team focused on providing transformative talent acquisition software solutions and services to U.S. federal agencies. You have experience with federal government software solution sales. Familiarity with federal human capital management issues is a plus. You will lead a team that is strategic and consultative in meeting the unique talent acquisition needs of federal agencies. You are well-versed in managing the process of new business development and growing relationships with existing customers to build pipeline and. You are curious and energized about new technology; and excel at communication. You excel at facilitating conversations with diverse stakeholders and are comfortable working with professionals at all levels to create a shared vision and inspire success. You have a passion to consistently deliver outstanding results.
