RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prior experience advising on federal and state regulatory matters in connection with corporate and transactional work involving institutional healthcare providers
  • Prior transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence, structuring transactions to comply with federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements, and drafting and reviewing relevant transactional documents

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 35 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters
  • Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute is essential
  • Familiarity with the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
