Job description

Job Summary

The Digital Content & UX Specialist will play a key role in elevating our client Amazon presence by driving best-in-class content, SEO strategy, and digital merchandising to maximize customer engagement and conversion. The role involves managing and optimizing large, complex product catalogs, developing and executing SEO initiatives, and ensuring all digital content – from A+ pages to brand stores – is optimized for visibility and performance. The specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams, leveraging analytics and third-party tools such as CommerceIQ, Pacvue, and Stackline to monitor performance and continuously improve the digital shelf experience, ultimately aligning with the global marketing and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & execute account setups for all new product (NPD) and assortment changes, ensuring visual content (gallery images, video, A+ premium) is best-in-class and optimized for conversion.
  • Lead end-to-end variation strategy for all SKUs in assortment.
  • Project manage all elements needed to support SKUs in digital retail, including marketing content, digital content such as landing pages, display banners, and other retailer creative.
  • Monitor digital shelf trends, share of voice, and conversion rate trends.
  • Conduct, develop, and implement SEO strategies.
  • Challenge retailer limitations to improve the client’s visibility on the digital shelf, differentiating and bringing forward RTB across digital shelf communication.
  • Develop and optimize brand store layout.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience managing content & SEO on Amazon.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex item catalogs within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision‑making.
  • Familiarity working with third‑party platforms such as CommerceIQ, Pacvue Commerce, Stackline, etc.
  • Compensation & Work Arrangement

  • Pay : $28.00 / hr – $40.00 / hr (hourly, contract).
  • Location : Telecommute.
  • Work hours : 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Education required : Bachelor’s degree.
  • Seniority : Entry level.
