Position Overview

A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Analyzes financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
• Assists in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Supports internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Enhances internal accounting processes and strengthens financial controls.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business goals.
• Provides mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
