Who You Are :

You are a seasoned DevOps practitioner who thrives at the intersection of software development and IT operations. Automation, scalability, and cloud-native thinking guide your work. You excel in building CI / CD pipelines, managing infrastructure-as-code, and ensuring stability and reliability across multi-tenant, regulated cloud environments. You’re collaborative, reliable, and always ready to respond to new challenges.

What You Will Do :

  • Architect, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS (and Azure where required).
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for provisioning, deployment, monitoring, scaling, and security across multiple customer VPCs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, high availability, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  • Monitor system metrics, respond to incidents, and resolve them with minimal downtime.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance to maintain GxP, GDPR, and other relevant standards.

Qualifications :

  • BS in computer science or related engineering, science or math discipline
  • 5+ years DevOps experience (preferably SaaS, highly regulated environments).
  • Deep expertise in AWS (VPCs, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.); Azure exposure a bonus.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, EKS / ECS, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures and secure networking.
  • Demonstrated implementation of CI / CD and automated monitoring tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Copilot X, ChatGPT Code Interpreter, Amazon CodeWhisperer) to enhance productivity in day-to-day software development activities, including code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with best practices for integrating AI coding assistants into team workflows while maintaining code quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
