Job descriptionA friendly and fast-paced environment working with passionate people Salary : $250,000 base Attractive value-based incentive opportunity (20% of total annual productivity) Sign On Bonus High earnings potential aligned with our innovative clinical model 401K investment with matching 20 Days of PTO 10 paid holidays / year; 8 company observed holidays and 2 floating 5 days CME; up to $2,000 / yr CME 2 days Volunteer Time Off Outstanding growth opportunities Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Short / Long Term Disability, HSA, and Life Insurance About this role - Internal Medicine Physician Full Time - Phoenix, AZ - Multiple clinic locations around the Phoenix metro area Outpatient Clinic Setting Athena EMR A team player who is excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of providers and disciplines to create world class patient satisfaction and support The majority of the clinics operate M-F 8AM-5PM, but some offer modified hours of 7am-7pm M-F depending on the opportunity Estimated 20 patients / day Rotation of other clinicians. When on call, you have a 24-hour shift (telephonic ONLY), triaged prior to provider engagement. (6-8 times / year) We ask physicians to supervise at least (1) APP. Routine wellness visits, Sick visits, Chronic conditions, Minor injuries, Joint Injections Family Planning and Women's Health Services Lab Services, Screenings, Prescription Refills Board certified / Board Eligible - Internal Medicine Ability to hold a state physician license
