POSITION – Brake Press Operator

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd Shift, Monday to Thursday, 2 : 00pm to 12 : 00am

STARTING PAY – $18.75 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior experience operating a brake press or other metal fabrication machinery preferred

As a Brake Press Operator , you will be responsible for setting up and operating brake press machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical ability, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press equipment to form metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
