💰 Base Salary : $170K$190K + Annual Discretionary Bonus + $5K monthly per diem if travel

🚗 Car Allowance : $770 / month + Gas Card

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams across various locations, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Own the P&L for all projects under your direction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Develop and mentor your teams, fostering growth in safety, quality, profitability, and personal development.
• Collaborate with internal departmentsEngineering, Prefab, Purchasing, Accounting, Safetyto achieve project goals.
• Partner with manpower leaders to ensure sufficient high-quality staffing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our model and goals.
• Help shape overall operational strategy as a key member of the Project Management Leadership Team.
