Program Specialist - Run Coordinator - Youth Sports - Powhatan YMCA

The Powhatan YMCA is seeking a Run Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and leading Youth 5K training, cross country, and Youth Track Training programs for YMCA members, while creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants. This role requires a strong understanding of running techniques, endurance training, and race preparation, along with the ability to adapt workouts for different ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate brings energy and passion to every session, inspires confidence, builds strong relationships, and motivates runners to improve, achieve their goals, and develop a lifelong love for running.
