Royal Boucherie is seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work along side our Executive Chef in expanding our repertoire focusing on upscale French cuisine featuring Raw Bar, Charcuterie, Modern and Classic techniques and locally sourced ingredients.
Duties include :
Purchasing and Receiving
Food Prep.
Set-up and breakdown.
Maintaining consistency in Service.
Party executions.
Charcuterie maintenance.
