  • Our Infusion & Specialty Territory Account Executives play a pivotal role in driving growth and managing targeted regions within our Infusion and Specialty Sales division. We support your strong sales acumen, providing continuous, comprehensive product knowledge to effectively support and empower our team, ensuring the achievement of established sales goals and performance metrics.

  • ?? What does it take to be a successful Infusion & Specialty Territory Account Executive?
  • Generate new business for Specialty Prescriptions, focusing on IVIG, MS, Hemophilia, and Rheumatology.

    Develop and maintain relationships with Specialty Offices and Case Managers to provide services and sales tailored to patient needs.

    Expand industry connections through active participation in networking events.

    Follow up with clients to gather feedback on their sales experience and satisfaction.

    Consistently engaging with potential & active clients.

    Research market trends to identify new opportunities and generate leads for the Infusion & Specialty sales team.

  • ?? Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside Home Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy Sales or Medical Sales (preferred).

    LVNs or RNs are highly encouraged to apply.

    Demonstrated history of achieving documented sales results and meeting targets.

    Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills for building long-term relationships with key and prospective clients.

    Effective time management abilities for balancing deadlines, client communications, and team meetings.

    Leadership qualities that drive sales performance & support challenges.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills for addressing client concerns and managing multiple complex patients' needs simultaneously.

    A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or communication is preferred.

    Offering market-based salary plus monthly & quarterly uncapped commissions
