Position Overview :

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee our window and door installation projects. We specialize in window & door-centric remodeling projects. Windows and doors are replaced, new interior and exterior trim details are created, and occasionally structural changes are necessary. If you have advanced carpentry skills, experience and / or desire to lead a team and can communicate effectively with homeowners, this role is for you. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a small crew of 1-2 carpenters in installing high quality windows and doors in residential homes within 30 miles of Williston.
• Oversee installation projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet our standards.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and address any concerns.
• Ensure the work area is clean and safe at all times.
• Mentor and train team members, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Customer friendly and team orientated.

Advanced carpentry skills. (5+ years experience preferred)

Strong background in home remodeling or construction.

Ability to use various hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Positive attitude and ability to guide the team.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test (marijuana excluded).
