Medication Access Coordinator

A company is looking for a Medication Access Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain prior authorization for medications and complete benefit investigations

Maintain knowledge of patient assistance programs and communicate with the care team regarding authorization status

Educate providers and patients on specialty services and manage workload across different areas as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required

Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained
