Position Summary & Key Responsibilities
As an Associate I, you'll support critical Federal process efficiency projects that impact national security and preparedness capabilities. To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel in four key areas :
- Project Management : Lead, plan, and support task-level initiatives related to knowledge management, process improvement, technology, and training based on contractual requirements, while maintaining a healthy timeline, budget, and team environment
- Client Relationship Management : Develop relationships with clients to contribute to solutioning, foster a collaborative team culture, and keep an eye out for opportunities to add value
- Subject-Matter Knowledge : Apply proficiency in knowledge management, process improvement, and process automation to enhance service quality and create compelling solutions for Federal clients
- Leadership and Culture : Lead ad-hoc project teams on key tasks. Contribute to a collaborative team culture by asking questions, taking ownership of tasks, and ensuring 360-degree feedback that is timely, candid, and supportive

This position is hybrid; most work is performed remotely but with periodic commuting to client sites in Washington, DC.

Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in government, consulting, or related professional servicesInternship or professional experience in consulting, process improvement, and / or professional service delivery experienceDemonstrated attention to detail and timeline managementExcellent communication, writing, and facilitation skillsProficiency in MS 365 suiteAbility commute periodically within the National Capital Region, and travel approximately 20%Ability to pass a Federal public trust background check and / or security clearance investigationNice-To-Have Qualifications
Experience with knowledge management, project management, process flows, and / or automation in the MS 365 suiteExperience automating process flows in MS 365Proficiency analyzing data using SQL, Power BI, or TableauMaster's degree in public administration, business administration, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationWhat We Offer
