A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone

Troubleshoot and resolve common technical and account-related issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex cases as needed

Required Qualifications

1+ years of technical support experience

Prior experience with Android, Apple, Mac, and PC technology

Ability to work a 40-hour work week

Understanding of payment processing and payment devices

Flexibility to work weekends / evenings
