Job descriptionPart-time and Full-time shifts available for the 2025-2026 season Must be available on Saturday AND / OR Sunday to qualify Must be available to work until 6 or 7pm during the week 3+ years of professional massage experience and proficiency in all modalities including deep tissue, sports, hot stone, Swedish and body treatments is required Competitive Pay Per Service Rates, Commission on Enhancements, Retail and Upgraded Services Paid Time Off (PTO) for every employee (part-time and full-time) accumulates beginning day 1 401K program with 4% match Access to Group Health Insurance and contribution for qualified candidates (25+ average hours per week) Generous discounts and opportunities to enjoy services and products The Woodhouse Way paid training program Housekeeping team takes care of all laundry and spa cleaning, leaving time for LMTs to recover during breaks Work in a beautiful, state of the art facility with new hydraulic beds and updated treatment rooms Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use Presents service add-ons and makes at-home retail recommendations to guests to enhance the guests experience Has the most recent and up to date Florida massage license Provides consistent and stellar treatments over the course of a daily shift Is always improving skills by attending continuing education classes
