Enterprise Resilience Specialist
Position location is open to office locations within Truist's footprint. If located in a Truist hub city location, the work style will be : In Office (5 days / week). The Enterprise Resilience Specialist will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies to promote resilience across the organization. This role includes creating strategic roadmaps, producing clear technical documentation, and translating complex resilience concepts into compelling narratives. Strong creative design skills are essential for developing engaging materials that drive awareness and adoption of resilience initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of resilience objectives. Responsible for delivering multiple complex programs that support the overall strategic objectives of the business unit. Provides oversight and leadership to cross-functional teams to execute on concurrent projects of large size and ensures standard project protocols are met. This teammate possesses expert knowledge of the processes in the assigned portfolio and is a key contributor to line of business' success.
