Marketer Assisted Living Facility

Location : Brooklyn, NY

Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for building relationships and making a difference? Were seeking a dynamic

  • Marketing Liaison
  • to connect with social workers, case managers, and discharge planners in support of our 130-bed Assisted Living Facility in Brooklyn. This role offers an exciting opportunity to earn a base salary plus commission while fostering meaningful connections in the healthcare community.

About the Role :

As our Marketing Liaison, youll be the key link between our facility and the healthcare professionals who support individuals in need of assisted living care. Your primary goal will be to educate these professionals on our services, ensuring their patients receive the support they need. Youll establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at hospitals, and other care organizations in the community.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage key referral sources at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other care facilities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with professionals at multiple levels within these organizations.
  • Collaborate with our Admissions team to enhance the new resident experience.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Experience : At least three years of marketing experience in Assisted Living is preferred; familiarity with the NYC healthcare market is required.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong drive and hustle to succeed - Ability to quickly learn and adapt - Passion for the healthcare industry.

    Qualifications :

  • Customer service experience is highly valued.
  • Efficient, organized, and reliable.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Sharp, fast, fun, ambitious, and looking for growth.
  • Availability : Able to visit onsite healthcare facilities daily.
