Performance Monitoring Supervisor

The Performance Monitoring Supervisor focuses on ensuring high-quality products or services by setting and maintaining standards, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training. This role analyzes data, identifies areas for improvement, and develops strategies to enhance quality. This Supervisor will also ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements and collaborate with leadership to implement training and development programs.
Responsibilities
Supports the quality efforts for the program call quality, meeting standards set by us as well as standards set by the client
Verifies the integrity of the data before being submitted / reported to the client
Monitors calls for each individual team member and documents performance
Monitors productivity and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned program(s)
Coaches team members for areas of opportunity and improvement in quality
Creating job aids for low performing individuals as well as celebrating success of those high performers
Develops and delivers training on quality
Oversees and delivers client call calibration sessions on a regular basis
Responsible for Quality Recognition program
Provides trend reports and partners with leadership to design training, coaching, and development
Ensures reconciliation reports completed daily / weekly / monthly
Maintains low adverse event errors
Qualifications
4-8 years of Quality Assurance experience preferred
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field, preferred
Must be able to work between 7am-8pm Central time
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills
Experience with QA tools, CRM platforms, and reporting systems
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Training And Work Schedules
Your new hire training will take place 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm CT the first week of employment. Attendance is mandatory. This position is full-time (40 hours / week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work a scheduled shift of 7am-8pm CT.

$67,500.00 - $86,670.00
