We are seeking a friendly and organized Host / Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while efficiently managing seating arrangements and guest flow.

• Responsibilities
• Greet guests as they arrive with a warm and inviting demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Utilize Aloha POS or similar systems to track guest seating and manage waitlists effectively.
• Provide information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
