Job Description :

• The physical therapist will work on maintaining an 85% productivity standard.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and assistants.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
