AMN Healthcare is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Onsite Lead to support key client accounts by combining strategic recruiting with onsite leadership. In this hybrid role, you'll directly manage high-priority requisitions, partner with client stakeholders, and coach fellow recruiters to deliver high-quality placements that drive business results.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience while aligning recruitment delivery with AMN's service standards and market goals.

Pay Rate

$28.25 - $35.25 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
