Job Description
UM Shore Medical Center at Easton , a member of University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a BE / BC Nephrologist to join a well-established practice in Easton, MD.
UM Shore Medical Nephrologists provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans for our patients on Marylands eastern shore. Our physicians and nurse practitioners have been recognized for their innovative patient service programs and for actively engaging in local outreach efforts to implement education programs that encourage early dete4ction and treatments of renal disease.
Job Specifics :
- Work Schedule : weekdays, rotating weekends, some holidays and on-call.
- Monday-Thursday 8 am - 4 : 30 pm, Friday 8am-3pm
- Hospital Call 1 : 4
- Inpatient and Outpatient services

Annual salary : $349,180 . The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physicians experience, training, and qualifications
Other Compensation : generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000-$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonusall designed to support your transition and long-term success.
