Job descriptionGreet customers as you see them, speak politely, and assist customers. Prepare food following brand standards, specifications, and food safety expectations. Follow company safety and sanitation practices to ensure that the best product is available. Follow and enforce health department / FDA and other key safety regulations as it relates to food handling, storage, and temperature of food (using the Smart Sense temperature monitoring program). Operate a cash register and maintain an accurate and organized drawer. Follow LOVE safety procedures while using a sharp knife, a food slicer, a toaster, an oven, fryers, and other food preparation tools and appliances. Responsible for cleaning and regular maintenance of restaurant equipment. Remove and re-line trash cans, clean and wipe booths, chairs, tables, soda fountains, and condiment stations in the dining area. Perform weekly and monthly projects and assigned tasks. Maintain a safe facility and use safety-first practices to remain accident-free. Other duties as assigned by your manager. Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
