  • Qualifications :
  • Current, valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia.
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Master's degree required).
  • Current CPR / BLS certification.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered for select assignments.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered for certain assignments).
  • Ability to travel and adapt to various clinical environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Key Responsibilities :
    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
    • Develop individualized treatment programs to improve communication skills and swallowing safety.
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and state standards.
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, communication strategies, and home care programs.

      • Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including Virginia labor and licensure standards.

      Job Types : Contract, Temporary

      Pay : $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per week
