Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple offices and departments Partner with the Lead Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) to keep candidate information organized and accurate Source and engage talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Handshake, and other channels Conduct initial candidate screenings and help identify strong fits for Merit’s culture and business needs Assist with offer letter processes and ensuring compliance Support recruiting events, campus engagements, and networking initiatives Assist with employer branding efforts through social media (LinkedIn), showcasing Merit’s people, culture, and opportunities Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and elevate the candidate experience What You’ll be Doing :
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to develop into a skilled recruiter and talent professional. 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields (internship experience welcome!) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable talking to anyone Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail Proactive, adaptable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed Familiarity with LinkedIn, Handshake, or ATS systems is a plus — but we’ll teach you!
