Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a RN Clinical Manager at Accurate Home Care. The RN Clinical Manager will be responsible for overseeing patient care, coordinating with medical staff, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role is located in Otsego, MN but offers some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Clinical Management, Patient Care, and Care Coordination skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare guidelines
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Experience with electronic health records systems
• Current RN license in Minnesota
