Job Description

_ Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounts / Receivable Position : _

• Receipt of all monies received for dealership (sales / service / parts).
• Reconcile bank account.
• Reconcile all affiliated schedules.
• Submits invoices for payment.
• Process expense accruals.
• Office Filing / Scanning Invoices.
• Complete end-of-month accounting reports.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
• Process A / R and A / P duties
• Assist answering calls and transferring as to appropriate departments
