Speech Pathologist (Long Term Care) $15,000 Loan Forgiveness Plan or$10,000 sign on bonus

$10,000 sign on bonus OR multi-year loan forgiveness up to 4 years with $15,000 per year.

• Requirements
• Masters degree in Speech Pathology from an approved school of Speech Language Pathology.
• New York State license and registration in Speech / Language Pathology.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 3 months of hire
• Experience with Geriatric population.
• Eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as specified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Registration must be obtained within one year or as per state law.
• Duties :
• Qualified Candidate will perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Plan and implement a Speech Language Pathology Program for patients referred by appropriate medical staff.
• Assist with the with supervisor of support staff. Speech Therapist may be required to float between Samaritan's 2 Long Term Care Facilities, Samaritan Keep Home and Samaritan Summit Village.
