Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Contracts Specialist. This is a remote and long-term contract position. Additional information is below.

The Contracts Specialist will work closely with the Sales team, Legal, Sales Operations & Enablement, Product Managers, Business Operations and other areas of the business to process and close contract transactions. Responsibilities include performing research and providing information; participating in contract preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and administration, as well as customer / partner contract activities.

Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.) : 2 or more years of related experience or demonstrated ability in contract preparation preferred. Associate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Assistant or Paralegal certificate or related fields or equivalent related work experience. Project management experience is also helpful.
