The firm focuses on delivering high-quality facilities, from hospitals and medical office buildings to clinics, while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused culture.
Job Description
- Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards specific to healthcare facilities.
- Lead project teams, mentor staff, and foster strong relationships with clients and trade partners.
- Track project performance, report progress, and resolve challenges proactively.

5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare construction.Proven ability to manage projects $20M+ in size.Strong understanding of healthcare-specific requirements, including life safety, infection control, and compliance standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable balancing office leadership with site visits and hands-on management.What's on Offer
