Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Amherst, New York. Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Answer incoming calls and address client inquiries with a warm and approachable demeanor.
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized records and documentation.
Manage receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
Utilize Microsoft Office software to create reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain a business casual appearance while representing the company.
Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client and team interactions effectively.
