We are seeking a skilled Oracle Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems team and support our mission to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Position Summary
The Oracle Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Oracle-based revenue cycle applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, configure system solutions, and ensure seamless integration across financial and clinical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize Oracle Revenue Cycle workflows including billing, claims, collections, and patient financial services.
- Configure and maintain Oracle applications to support revenue cycle operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with Oracle updates and healthcare industry regulations.
Shift : M-F, and call rotation
Requirements :
Minimum Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Math.Prefer Bachelor’s degree. Minimum experience : five years with Associate, three years with Bachelor.Prefer recent experience in a hospital information systems department. Must have experience in evaluating, selecting, and installing automated information systems. Experience on IBM AS / 400 required.Experience with Window servers and UNIX desired.Formal training or direct experience with personal computer e-mail, spreadsheets, word processors, Internet, etc. required.Must be able to explain technical aspects of duties performed to supervisor and co-workers.Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and sitting for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 poundsNature of job requires that much of the work be done in user areas. Requires extensive work on computers.Accurate eyesight and hearing required.External and internal applicants, as well as position incumbents, must be able to perform the essential job specific functions either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation to be determined by the organization on a case by case basis.Normally work first shift or third shift. May be required to work off shifts and weekends for implementations.Member of after-hours on-call team.Requires residence within 30 minutes of IMH.
