Accurate cash handling experience is critical for maintaining trust and operational integrity during financial transactions. Knowledge of banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, guides the representative in adhering to legal requirements and internal policies. Establishing relationships with members leverages strong communication and interpersonal skills to build loyalty and enhance the overall member experience.
Benefits and Pay :
The expected pay range for a Member Service Representative I is $20.17 - $20.73 per hour.
