LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Cardiac Electrophysiology MD in Texas!

About The Position

We are seeking a qualified Cardio Electrophysiologist for a full-time locum tenens assignment in Texas. The 120-day commitment begins on Oct 20, 2025, focusing on clinic, lab, and on-call duties from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This role demands a robust understanding of complex cases and a flexibility to work occasional calls during weekends and weeknights.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide expert care in Cardio Electrophysiology, managing both routine and complex cases.
  • Operate in clinical and laboratory settings, with responsibilities extending to on-call duties.
  • Ensure thorough preparation and follow-up for all patient interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of care and adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

  • Must hold an active TX license or IMLC with attached verification.
  • Required Board Certification : Cardiology
  • Sub-Specialty Required : Cardio Electrophysiology
  • EMR Used : Epic
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Ideal candidates will have completed an EP fellowship and have university or teaching experience.
