Title : Help desk Specialist
Location : Brookhaven, NY (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, 8am to 5pm) and Princeton, NJ (Thu 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm)
Duration : Full time
Client : Federal
Basic Qualifications :
- Experience as a technical support management
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Experience with installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining hardware and software
- Experience with performing security patches and upgrades and data entry tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
