H & T Consultants, Inc. is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Senior Designer to perform as a Project Manager - Site Development.

Areas of expertise may include, but are not limited to, site design, roadway, parking, grading, drainage and stormwater management, water and sewer, pump stations, and project permitting.

Candidates will manage the project and execution of work and ensure the high quality and timeliness of deliverables. Experience with site development design and plan preparation, engineering reports, and project meetings.

Candidate should be team-oriented and highly motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work well with minimal direction, communicate effectively with a variety of partners and project team members, have the flexibility to perform site development design, AutoCAD drafting, permitting and some field work, and recognize the importance of meeting stringent deadlines in an often fast-paced environment.

Candidates shall exhibit leadership by example, operate with integrity and sound business principles, and shall have the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
