A company is looking for a Senior Manager-Client Management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive profitable charge volume and revenue growth through business development and relationship management
Devise strategic account plans to enhance Merchant engagement and client satisfaction
Consult with merchants on leveraging evolving payment solutions and manage projects effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Proven experience in relationship management and business development
Strong negotiation and project management skills
Demonstrated analytical skills and financial acumen
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
