Nurse Practitioner Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Post Acute Care Manhattan, NY

Opportunity Highlights

Full-time, weekday schedule (Monday through Friday)
Outpatient post-acute care setting
See approximately 17 patients per day
Focus on managing chronic disease and delivering primary care in skilled nursing facilities
No night call; flexible scheduling for work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity potential

Estimated annual compensation : $111,000 $161,900

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted New York Nurse Practitioner license

DEA registration with prescriptive authority

Minimum 1 year of experience in a primary care setting required

Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
