Job descriptionReview incoming renewal submissions and gather necessary information from agents. Assess whether policies align with underwriting guidelines and make recommendations accordingly. Prepare and present renewal quotes to agents. Issue binders and ensure timely processing of renewals. Manage a portfolio of 40-60 renewals monthly, depending on experience level. Handle accounts ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 in premium, with an average of $15,000. Work with carriers such as USLI, RLI, AXA, Crum & Forster, AmTrust, Western World, and others. Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in underwriting, specifically in the contract binding space. Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Technical Skills : Familiarity with underwriting software and tools. Soft Skills : Highly organized, independent, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Preferred Background : Experience working with MGAs, wholesale brokers, or carriers such as CRC, Amwins, Bass, or USG. Location : Must reside in a western state (CA, WA, OR, TX, or AZ preferred).

Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $70,000 - $85,000 annually
