Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Ultra Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to serve multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Memphis, TN area . This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for a provider who values collaboration, autonomy, and patient-centered care.

• THIS POSITION WILL SERVE MORE THAN ONE FACILITY IN THE MEMPHIS, TN AREA

What You’ll Do :

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose conditions, and manage medications

Provide crisis intervention and monitor treatment effectiveness

Collaborate with facility leadership, attending physicians, and nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care

Communicate with families regarding changes in status or treatment recommendations

Minimum Qualifications :

Active Tennessee NP license

PMHNP certification

DEA license

Experience working with older adults (SNF or geriatric psych preferred)

Strong communication and time management skills

Bonus Points For :

Background in internal medicine, cardiology, or gerontology

Prior experience in long-term care or post-acute settings

Other Details :

This position covers multiple facilities in the Jackson area (within a manageable radius)

COVID-19 vaccination required unless you qualify for an exemption

Base + plus quarterly bonus opportunity
