As a Behavior Technician , you’ll work directly with children ages 2–18 , providing one-on-one therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .

Sessions are typically 2–3 hours long , scheduled between 8 : 30 a.m. and 5 : 30 p.m., Monday through Friday , and take place in our center. You may support 2–5 clients depending on scheduling and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to develop skills in communication, fine / gross motor, self-help, and pre-academic areas
• Implement therapy programs designed by a BCBA
• Collect data throughout each session to track progress
• Support clients exhibiting a wide range of behaviors, including challenging behaviors
• Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistent client progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
