Compensation : $220,000-$260,000 DOE + competitive benefits
Location : Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid
Billables : 1900 hours (up to 100 can be pro bono) - firm partners with numerous nonprofit organizations

Overview
A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a Business Litigation Associate (2-7 years) for its Los Angeles office. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys complex commercial work, and values hands-on litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume docket across complex commercial matters
Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and support trial prep
Take / defend depositions
Develop case strategy alongside partners and senior attorneys
Direct client contact and meaningful responsibility early on
Qualifications
2-7 years of general commercial / business litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Experience with depositions and pre-trial motion practice
Strong academic credentials
California Bar admission required
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
