What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services.

Demonstrate features and benefits of our products with enthusiasm and confidence.

Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues.

Maintain accurate sales records and provide forecasts to management.

Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and seasonal offerings.

What We’re Looking For

A people-first attitude and strong communication skills.

1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Detail-oriented with great organizational habits.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Must occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
